I actually had 2. The Simpsons Arcade game (think that was it's name) and The X-Men 4 player Co-op arcade game.
The first was at Chuckie Cheeses when I was little, the second was at some amusement park.
there were quite a few:
earlier it was Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat 2
later on it was Xmen vs Street Fighter
the first time I actually played a PS1 was also in an arcade (there was a PS1 on display, you could play Toshinden on it)
I have never been to a real arcade both when I was a kid and right now :(
I missed out on a great experience. There were none near me at all (and I live in the suburbs, its not like I live in the middle of nowhere.) The only "arcades" I have been to are ones at theme parks that have nothing but ski ball and crane games.
I have always dreamed of owning an arcade cabinet for WWF Superstars, ever since I was a small kid. I hope to find one soon.

I wish the arcades would have survived. They were great places to go with your friends and see who had bragging rights to the games. I remember on mk2 we would flip it on and off with the switch on the top and put it to easy, lol. Then the other people would try to blow through it, but we had switched it to hard.lol good times.
I'm also an 80's kid, man I miss thoughs days I think more than anyone. But I also loved SF2 back in the day, but now I'm no good LOL[QUOTE="raain1521"]I'm an 80's kid so when I was in the 90's at that good ag. I loved Street Fighter.gregbmil
QFT. I was also an 80's kid. I had the Street Fighter, but I also had Pac-Man, Galaga, Arkanoid, 1942 & 1943, Space Invaders, Scramble, and so many others...man I miss those days.
I have to say time crisis as well.
I played time crisis 2 at my local arcade thousands of times before I got time crisis 1 for Christmas one year.
Arcades are still very well alive in Japan unlike in the west. And they're still releasing a lot of games there. Companies also have a listing of on what game centers you can find their games at, which I imagine comes very handy.
There's also more arcade fansites in Japan than in any other country, and something cool is that arcade fans also have a country-wide list of on what game centers you can still find your favourite old arcade games.

Dude I sunk SOO much money into that as a kid. It was the first game I played when I hit the arcade. Usually the only one! Beware though, I bought the Final Fight arcade game, and you could beat it in like a half hour. I actually left it in an apartment because it was on the 4th floor, and it SUCKED to move. It was like 500lbs. I have the emulator for this one, finally beat Million Dollar Man and Andre. This game will only take you about a half hour too once you know what you are doing and have unlimited credits.
The Simpsons arcade game. I beat it once as a kid, and I always wanted that game. Also, when I was younger I spent a ton of time playing Carnevil. The games is pretty stupid looking back on it, but I'd like to have it just to say I do.
