1. Are there any times in the game where you have to split up your party (like where your main character leads a party and then maybe Alistair leads another party)?

2. Are there any characters who would get jealous and refuse to have a "romance" with me if I were to havea "romance" with another character first? I want to get the achievements for both Morrigan and Leliana on this playthrough.

1. One, and it`s an isolated and brief incident. 2. Yup. They make you choose right near the end. I`ve heard people say you can bring the other character back up again to the point of romance, but somehow that would require so many gifts and time boosting their morale via conversations that it would just be easier to start a new game.

In theory you can romance upto 3 characters in a single playthrough.

As far as the plot goes you got to chose which one your devoted to at the end, they force you to do it. I actually found that bit hard lol, I was walking from tent to tent helping myself to a bit of each, plus a few whores in the Pearl and that demon girl who was possessing the child. I sometimes think I play these RPG's for all the wrong reasons.

Okay, so in order to get all the romance achievements, I will theoretically have to play through the game 4 times?

You can get all four romance achievements in two playthroughs (morrigan and alistair are only available to the opposite sex). You can potentially have up to 3 romances in a single playthrough.

More specifically, Morrigan cannot be fully in love with you, she wants to have a one night stand, not a true relationship.

Also if you are going for achievements/trophies, you gotta play through at least 3 times to max out each class level at 20.

Actually she can but in the end nothing changes. It does leave the game a bit wide open for a sequel.

Yes, but if you are in full love when you ask her to sleep with you, she rejects you.

That's because you're supposed to take it slow with her and try to appeal to her belief in relationships (or her lack of belief in relationships). It's one of those relationships that start with meaningless sex then afterwards the heart strings start getting tugged on. Near the end she can save your life, she hints that she does deeply care for the character but just wont say it.

Yes, I know about Morrigan's Ritual.

Yes, I know about Morrigan's Ritual.

Then if you saw the ending you would see that
she cared deeply about the character (and also wanted the outcome of that for some unknown reason) She was even jealous that the main character messed around with another character, told him to cut it out and when the character called her jealous she stuttered, embarrassed because some emotion is there that she doesn't want to be there.
**sorry**
