[QUOTE="Banjo_Kongfooie"]Am I the only one who thinks it looks better in some ways with slight blur on the N64? The Dreamcast's clarity shows alot more of the flaws. I like the way the environments look in the N64 version and Claire looks in the DC... The N64 was worse graphically than Ps1 so are you avoiding that and the GC version for some reason?Darkman2007
yes, youre pretty much the only one who likes the N64 version better for visuals, either that , or youre blind. as for the PS1, you didn't ask for it, and I don't have the GC version with me (Ive played it, but it was years ago, looked damn similar to the DC version actually)

The N64 version has better wall colors and looks more realistic with its lighting.

The DC may have technical superiority but N64 has the style advantage (Ps1 is the best visually) if the PC version looks like that.

youre honestly suggesting the lighting is better on N64? and no , PS1 version is not best visually, the DC beats that too , since , while the textures are better than the N64, it still runs at the same frame rate, with extra aliasing to boot. and frankly, the colours are more vivid on the DC , Im not sure where youre getting that from.

Thats it, the N64 version is more grim... Colorful work in Viva Pinata, not Resident Evil 2.

its not grimmer, its just worse, blurrier too , the backgrounds are sharper on the DC anyways. try taking off the N64 shades and you might see the difference :P then again , I was playing N64 RE2 today , still great.

Not just the N64 but the PS1 game as well look grimmer... I fail to see how a colorful survival horror game missing key audio from the original is the best version.

there is a difference between better , more vivid colour, and colourful . the N64 version just looks muddy in comparison , Im sorry, but it just can't win on that front. as for the missing audio , its hardly anything, its not like you have to look at it constantly like the N64's visuals :P

this is from the PS1 version .

its also got better colour than the N64, along with extra aliasing (though it has the sharper textures and backgrounds)more nonsense?

In the Ps1 and N64 the walls look much better... In the Dreamcast they are all bright red and in general the game is too bright.

not really, its the same, just the lighting was a bit off on the PS1 due to the webcam. the N64's walls are still the blandest, DC is the most vivid, with PS1 in the middle. and unlike you I actually own all 3 (well , I have 2 of them , and the PS1 version is in the house, belongs to my brother) so I can see them directly , no webcam.

Actually, in terms of brightness, that's the problem I have with the Gamecube version. The colors don't looks as strong; it looks washed out.

Pretty sure Banjo is loving the reactions you guys are giving him via his trolling. Even if you call him out, as long as you continue to argue with him on an objective level then he'll just go on. Must be pretty hilarious for him.

I'd ignore all VS threads of his if I were you.

Disagree DC's walls are too vivid pinkish red. I like the more brown walls on the PS1 and N64. Resident Evil games should not have brightly colored environments like that.

1) I did not make this topic.

2) The topic creator changed the topic after I brought up the Dreamcast versions failings.

3) They are provoking me by praising anything Sega and I just use fact to correct them if anything they are the toll.

actually I could turn this around, you praise anything N64 , so you provoke us, therefore youre a troll.

and considering you didn't post a single comparison screenshot, youe not the one in a position to talk about facts, because we both know you don't know very much about alot of things you say here .

Banjo_Kongfooie

1) Does it make a difference?

2) Dude, Dark simply brought up the DC version and you troll-pounced on him as soon as you noticed him crowning it the superior version.

3) LMAO! I really hope you're just a troll having fun here. How old are you? It's unbelievable to hear that you're actually being serious. As much as I wanna be a kid again, you remind me of the reasons why it's good to have matured and turned into an adult.

Thanks for making my free time all the more enjoyable. Don't bother arguing.

Apparently praising "anything SEGA" is enough to make you a troll.
