Can all of the armor and weapon items that can be bought in microtransactions also be obtained through gameplay?

@benny_boy98: Things bought via microtransaction ingame can be used within gameplay. If someone is buying armour and paying for it in real money the that thing can be used as an addon means a person can select that thing and use it while gaming.
