An angry gamer.

Do you ever get so mad at games you do something stupid like throw your controller at the wall damaging both your wall and the controller? Well normally I am pretty calm but as I was playing Modern Warfare 2 the other day I had a 24 kill streak on Afghan and just as my sights were on my final kill I accidently fell off the map, so I screamed at my T.V.and threw my PS3 controller at the wall, breaking it and leaving a small hole in the wall. Now I am wondering if some people have similiar expierences, If you do I would like to hear tehm so I dont fell like an angry freak :P So post your stories about getting angry at video games and let's see where this goes.

i have never thrown a controller, but the final boss in ninja gaiden 2 was so frustrating i had a desire to rub my ass against the tv screen as the bastard died after i finally pulled the obliteration technique on him.

Topic creator sounds like an underage immature boob to me. Gamespot is for people 13+. Perhaps you ought to either be abit more Mature at how you play your games or well.. go on a juvenile games board..

I got so mad from playing Rondo of Blood that I actually got a headache.

I never actually wrecked anything(controllers are expensive), but i got really really mad playing games before. Mostly old school games which are really punishing.

But a recent game that pissed me off was Darksiders at the sand worm part where you have to cross without getting eaten. I always get eaten at the last stretch which frustrates the hell out of me. I tried it like 20 times.

One time i broke my keyboard and there was one time when i hit my hand in to my knee so strong that it hurt for few days latter on :S

Oh yes, I've gotten mad enough to throw the controller. That wouldn't be wise these days, though-- I have a 32-inch TV in my room.

yes i have thrown my controller, only while playing MW2 i hate the campers and so on.. i dont even know why i play it anymore sometimes

Anyways, have I gotten Angry? Yes. Yelled at the TV? Yes. Thrown a controller? Yes. At a wall? Are you insane my girl friend will kill me!!!!. Try throwing it into a couch or pillow to ease the impact.. it will also make less noise.

One time I was playing Call of Duty 4. Our team was losing and I didn't like that so looked at myself in the mirror and said to myself "Why so Serious?" I punched the mirror and said again "Why so serious?" I picked up a shard of glass and Said "Lets put a smile on my face" and I took the piece of glass and cut my mouth so it looked like I was smiling. And you know what? I couldn't stand the sight of me!-ICON-

Nope Games dont make me mad. I am fairly calm natured, or rather I rarely give a flying... when dying or winning, since it is a game, it merrits absolutely no outbursts of emotion that steep.

Sometimes I take a deep breath out in frustration, but I usually don't get frustrated that much, I just put the game down and come back to it later, that way it helps me continue playing and defeating that particular section.

I have gotten mad enough to want to throw the controller; but thoughts of spending money to buy a new one stop me. What would happen if I did throw it, and it hit the Flat Panel? Double whoops.

Online BFBC and the Prince of Persia are the two games that have made me the most angry.

Sometimes I have a long and hard rage (plenty of yelling) at a videogame when it is really annoying me. Ironically I'm actually pretty calm and relaxed in real life.

mmm.. the final battle between raiden and solidus snake in mgs2 sons of liberty, the hardest difficulty i think european extreme something like that, substance version, i remember battling that **** lots of deaths because he was a lousy cheater and a di**, but when i finally killed him i literally stood up went near the tv and give him my two middle fingers:P

that big cliff that snipers usually stay on, I was about to shoot a guy from there and I accidently walked off and missed the matresses below.

no, never done that. most I do is clench a fist or palmslap my armwrest, maybe let loose a could "WTF WAS THAT!?!?!?", and even that's pretty rare these days. (usually I just turn the game off if it stops being relaxing/enjoyable)
