any good singleplayer game for pc with great story?

the title says it all..my is pc good enough to run every game.i liked games like alan wake and murdered soul suspect and i loved mgs V phantom pain if that helps. thanks

Penumbra, my favorite horror series might be a little dated though especailly overture controls take a little getting used too.

The cat lady has an excellent dark story too

Here's a couple

The Swapper- Pretty philosophical story, blended well with the gameplay. Basically about discovering alien lifeforms that are sentient like humans, and listening to their views on consciousness.

Richard and Alice- Another philosophical story that explores morality in an apocalyptic setting, no zombies, just climate change. Does morality really exist?

Yeah I like artsy fartsy stuff like this. Definitely not for everyone.
