Any retro console/consoles that you now regret getting rid of?

My original NES for sure. I was fifteen and wanted a SNES more than anything because Street Fighter 2 was just about to come out for it. So I threw a garage sale and sold almost everything I owned for dirt cheap to raise the money. That included my NES and all of its games, which some lucky woman got for $50. In hindsight, I really wish I had kept my NES. Don't get me wrong, I love my SNES and still play it to this day, but I really miss my beloved NES as it was the system that turned me into a gamer for life. :(

Well, I did get rid of my NES and N64 in the past, but I regretted it and rebought everything later on. It taught me to never get rid of another system in my life.

I haven't gotten rid of any of my consoles. However, I have pretty much traded away 90% of my N64 collection. I completely regret doing that. Oh Mario and Banjo, how I cry in my sleep thinking about what I did to you!

I sold one of the original big gray gameboys at a garage sale a while back, found out that was a stupid move, and recently purchased another one from a very similar garage sale.

When I was younger (about 8 or so), my father told me that he was going to give my SNES and Mega Drive away to my cousins because I didn't use them at the time. I was OK with it because he was right, I never used them but I was only young then and wasn't as serious about gaming as I am now. So, I asked my dad whether I could have them back (about 7 years too late :() and he said that there's no point now because they live abroad. I was well gutted and now I'm going to have to fork out for a new SNES and Mega Drive.

I kind of regret selling my PS2, and I wish I could have done something with my old, dead Mega Drive.

Definitely my SNES. I don't know why I did that. Most stupid move ever made.

I might research for a new Dreamcast since I also sold my DC.

I wish I never would have gotten rid of my Genesis. I got another one recently but it was stupid in retrospect to ge rid of any of my games until I realized exactly what kind of taste in games I really have.

I once had an first run Genesis, 4 controllers, the giant bazooka lightgun thingy, and about 20 boxed games, including all golden axes, sonics, and Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Being the intelligent 12 year old I was at the time, I sold it on ebay for $20. So far I've never regretted anything as much in my entire life. Oh well, at least the guy I sold it to got one of the best deals ever :P

Saturn and NES. My parents did it so it wasn't really my fault.

Probably my Vectrex, simply because for some reason it's become a collectors item and it would probably be worth decent money now.

There are some other systems that I kind of miss, like my Master System. But if I really wanted to, I could find one online pretty cheap. But I have too many consoles as it is, if I buy another one my wife will take it to my skull.

I learned the hard way not to dispose consoles or games.

I gave away my Mega Drive years ago and now i really miss it.

I wish i could plug it in now and play Sonic...:(

I wish I would have kept every console I have gotten rid of. I just have a PS2 and Xbox now. But I would like to get all the console again and keep them.
