Any series you hope they never make a game in?

Although they haven't made one in a long time, I'm hoping we never see another Motorstorm again. Those games are bad racing games. Their only upside is their beautiful scenery. I'm halfway through Pacific Rift, and it's making me pull hair out. Damn vehicles can't turn for shit. Everything's random and even going straight, you can hit a bump you didn't even see, and drop from 1st to 10th in a second. Man... if you thought Mario Kart games screw you over... never play a Motorstorm game.

No. I mean while there's certainly some game franchises that I may not particularly be interested in another game coming out for it I wouldn't go so far as to say that I hope one doesn't come out for it. For one they could do something with it that would really grab my interest so there is potential. Secondly there may be other people who would really like it so they could enjoy that even if I don't.

I believe a games IP is only as good as the developer working on the projects. As such, believe any franchise has potential.

I've played many games that I deem mediocre, or straight up bad. However in the hands of a decent and passionate developer; who knows? I may enjoy it. So to answer your question-

no! I may even like a Dragon's Age one day_

Nah, not into negativity. Whilst I dislike JRPG's, and blockbuster shooters, I'd never complain about them being made. Sure I wouldn't be bothered if they never made another COD or Final Fantasy again, but they're great for a certain people.

And for the games that I loved back in the day but have lost their way, I believe with the right development team they can bring these games back to life and then some.

I have no reason to care if a company makes a game that I don't like.

Don't care if it isn't for me. If a dev cares about the product, and there's an audience for it, let it be made, remade, whatever they wanna do. It's not just your preferences out there, you know.

Call of Duty, Destiny, Halo... These games annoy me.

Any game can be bad if the developer is shit, just look at Watch Dogs, Unity, and Syndicate, a new IP that had promise and a old IP that was one of the better ones. Ruined because the developer either fired/hired or let the wrong people in charge.

So no there no "series" i do not want to see.

But there are plenty of developers i really wish would either close or get their shit together.
