Armor Games, Miniclip, AddicitingGames, and about two dozen additional sites offer flash games similar to Newgrounds (and in many cases the same games), but I rarely use any of them. Newgrounds has pretty much anything you could want in a Flash game host.

That's a good list Boz, will check em out.
I also found MofunZone to be similar to Newgrounds with achievement feature, but I got a pop up from that site, so may not be good.
