yeah, it looks Japanese to me. I'm getting this NISA vibe from it, but I can't place it. Looks so familiar, though.

Found it on a facebook's friend profile picture, he said that he has no idea as well, since he found this image when googling for fighter's image.

-Airk's replacement, he had swift feet and a stealthy hands. Like Valkarov he was forced to serve Uriah. However he is not as rebellious as Valkarov, although he liked blood more than the rebellious general. Little is known about him execpt he is a filial retainer he served Uriah well until the betrayal in Sakura's castle. Like the remaining demon generals he was killed during the accidental death of Sakura.

If anyone knows that this character isn't a fanart or likewise can confirm it is a fanart, please do tell me :)

If you read through the small amount of the post you linked, it seems to me to be some sort of online-RPG-anime-writing-thingy
