anyone remember this ps1 game?

hello i am currently trying to find a favorite childhood game but i cant remember its name.

all i know is that one of the main charecters is a wizard named blue who aspires to be a master magicianand he has a rival named red.

i also know this is a ps1 game if anyone could tell me what the title of this game i wouldbe very happy.
