Hi all, just thought I'd spread the word about some recent events with Reloaded Productions banning a large amount of people with no reason given and no support.

I've been playing the game "APB Reloaded" for quite some time now. I know a lot of people don't like it, but it's very fun to me. ANYWAY. 773 hours of gameplay and $610 later, I've been banned for absolutely no reason. I streamed myself playing quite a bit here so you can clearly see I don't hack or anything.

I'm pretty anti-social, so I know they didn't ban me for stupid comments or anything like that. But, I tried to log in a few days ago and it told me my account was blocked. I went to my email and they sent me this.

"Dear Player,

Your GamersFirst account has been suspended in the past 24 hours. The ban reason falls in the category of APB Violation Auto Ban. If you would like further details about your suspension you may contact support for further clarification at [url]http://support.gamersfirst.com[/url].

If you have already reached out to customer service about your suspension then you may disregard this notification."

I opened a ticket and asked them to review my account a little bit harder, because I know I haven't done anything wrong...a day later, I get this email.

"Thank you for contacting Gamers First Customer Support. We regret to inform you that your account has been permanently suspended.

Someone with access to this account was observed performing an inappropriate activity which violates our posted Terms of Service policy. This account has been permanently closed due to behavior contrary to the policies of our Terms of Service. This account will not be unblocked and all current/future tickets will be closed with no further action taken.

The GamersFirst support team is committed to preserving the integrity and fairness of the game for all players.

Regards,

GamersFirst Customer Support"

This is the automated e-mail they've been sending all of us. After ONE ticket, they immediately blocked my e-mail from sending further tickets, and I've received no support on the forums.

The punkbuster bans have been reversed by punkbuster, however the people still banned under G1's failed auto ban have been given no attention (other than being called full of shit).

And for the record, I *would've* recommend this game to you guys, but after a random ban on a legit player (and many others) all I have to say is this company is ****ing disgusting.

That.... well. I used to play APB alot at one point, I think I have... yes, 66 hours of gametime on the account, but I never seemed to have any problems with banning or such.

That said, this seems very bad on the Customer Support. If they are planning to permanently suspend your account... well, it really seems unfair of them. Especially since APB is a free-to-play game that you have spent money on.

Have you found out if there is ANY way of getting the account back? ANY at all?
