Are they already working on a a sequel to Arkham City?

A couple of the side quests have ended on a cliff hanger or tell of events to come. If they are working on a sequel, then that is awesome. If this is a gimmick for some DLC releases, then booo.

Not surprised if they are at this point. Arkham City is one of the best games this year. No question. It's already rumored that more DLC will be coming our way.

Arkham Aslyum and Arkham City did very well. You can bet there will be another one in a few years

theyd definately need to try harder

with a sequel

try a coherant plot

sort out the controller issue

try something inovative

rather than just more riddler puzzles(the crapest part of the first game)

I just hope for a deeper exploration on Batman's world. But the game is brilliant aswell, so bring us more.

Expect Rocksteady to milk this for all its worth. For me, they can just produce carbon copies of these games but replace the characters and settings. If they did it with Xmen i'd ****

we have had 8 COD games in the last 8 years. As long as it doesnt become a yearly franchise, im cool with it.

And OP, the game shipped 4.5 million copies... its going to get a sequel. Probably a next gen game though.

They are horses of a different colour to me. For one thing, its one developer as opposed to the COD series which has two developers working on titles. I think Rocksteady are too good to turn this new franchise into something unlikeable.

I doubt they'll release one yearly though.

I kinda hope they don't. The curse of the third installment will be lurking. They won't get as much praise a 3rd time around, its hard to do with the same premise. I say move onto something else. They have established themselves now

The way the sidequests went in this game and the secret messages in your decrypter all point to the Hush storyline so I;m thinking they're going that way for the next game
