i mean i played it, yes its a good game but didnt appeal to me, i like more fps games, it felt like a game for kids....

but i mean the same year at bioshock, crysis, halo 3, CALL OF DUTY 4!!! and they pick mario.. im not saying its a bbad game i have played it, im jsut saying there were 4 better games

I love the game, but I was shocked.

I thought Crysis (great game) World In Conflict (great game) or call of duty 4 (Mediocre) would win.

I'm happy though.

Super Mario Galaxy probably did deserve a nomination but by no means should it have won. It should have gotten a nomination on the basis that they managed to pull off a good Mario game after so long but to be fairly honest it's about time Nintendo let Mario have the retirement that he desperately needs and make new IM's like Microsoft and Sony have been doing.

and yes i have played it, it is the BEST mario game i have ever played in my life, but it didnt appeal to me and there were no many more better games
