get a game that comes out the same day, but isnt the focus of the midnight release?

like the dishonored midnight release, can i pick up my copy of xcom? or will they either not let me, or they not have it yet?

If a game has a street date at Gamestop, it is there BEFORE that day most of the time. If another game happens to be having a midnight release on the same street date as the one that you have pre-purchased, YES, you can absolutely go and pick your game up too. I have done this a dozen times at least.

If a game has a street date at Gamestop, it is there BEFORE that day most of the time. If another game happens to be having a midnight release on the same street date as the one that you have pre-purchased, YES, you can absolutely go and pick your game up too. I have done this a dozen times at least.

Midnight release? Wtf...Just download the game.... Wish more console games were downloadable day one. Hoping it goes that way with the next set of systems. There's absolutely no reason you should ever have to go to a store and buy a game. Download it at midnight, or even better, pre-download it and unlock it at midnight is the way to go.
