I only recently found out about Catherine. I'm not a huge fan of puzzle-like games, but the game looks way too interesting to pass up. I'd definitely pick it up if Atlus decides to localize. I really hope they do, cause I heard some PR statement saying there were currently no plans.

Yeah, they have said that on the forums and on the Active Time Babble 1up Podcast.
Just bumping this thread to let you all know that a US release has been confirmed for this Summer on both consoles.

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- MARCH 1, 2011 -- Atlus U.S.A., Inc. today revealed a Summer 2011 North American release for Catherine, a game in which "falling for a girl" is meant literally, for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.

Catherine is currently scheduled to release in Summer 2011 for PlayStation 3 system and Xbox 360 system. The game's official website, http://www.catherinethegame.com, will launch soon, offering more details and media. Fans who want to get their hands on more of Catherine's goods should keep an eye out for exciting extras. More to come!

I'm glad it's getting released here. I definitely plan on picking this up.
I thought I should post something interesting an admin posted on the Atlus forums, "...by finally announcing a game that we'd been working on for several months before this whole kerfluffle started?..." I don't think I need to post the announcement email so I'll just leave it at that.
