awesomely bad games

we've all seen the awesomley bad songs on vh1. probably have awesomely bad movies, but what about games? what games are awesomely bad? this could be a very interesting thread.

i'm not sure how to define awesomely bad, (maybe great at the time, but looking back you see it sucks howeverit still holds a place in your heart?)but i hopefully you get the gist.

off the top of my head

the original mortal kombat - arcade

dragon warrior - nes

lethal enforcers - arcade

the getaway - ps2

xenophage - pc

i haven't really thought this through, but thought it would make a great topic

die hard trilogy on ps1

Big Rigs Over the Road Racing. It's so bad it's awesome. This is a game that was so terrible that it lowered the bar for just how bad games could be. To date it is the only game to have "earned" a 1.0 score from Gamespot (if you haven't seen the review, btw, go watch it, it's hilarious).

Bloodwake on the original xbox. I tried playing it for an hour , and gave up. I hated that game for many reasons. I think I threw it in the garbage.

Genji days of the blade

fun hack and slash combat but rubbish scenary, controls and story

'Fatal Inertia' on the 360.. The 360 really needed a futuristic racer, but unfortunatly this title falied miserably..

I was under the illusion that this title was created by some of the individuals responsible for 'Wipeout'..

Obviously they got it wrong this time !

It's got to be the interactive movie stuff when the CD=Roms just started getting into use. I never really played them mind.

Gosh I remember Urban Runner..that was horrible... lamest story and worst in-game acting ever.

i ABSOLUTELY loved urban runner back in the day. i'd probably kill myself if i had to play through it again lol, although i'd like to. might have to go visit my parents soon and see if i can dig it up

Uhm...All the Battlefield games. Up to Bad Company they were grenade spamfests, and after Bad Company they were Modern Warfare + tanks.

Heavy Barrel. I loved this arcade game when I was young but after seeing it again recently...let's just say the magic was gone. Kind of makes me sad.

Terminator salvation because its unbelievably boring,it consists of walking one way ,shoot a robot,walk another way,shoot another robot ETC.

Eternal Ring for the PS2. It was so bad and awesome at the same time. I had a lot of fun with it, but I'd never play through it again lol.
