Batman Arkham City question (Ultra Bat claw)

Ok, for those who have finished this game, I have one question that's been burning away at me - how the hell do I get the Ultra bat claw? You know, that claw that's supposed to be able to break away the high out of reach breakable walls? I've seen online people say that it's just supposed to come to you during the story, but I've already beaten the game and have NOT gotten it yet. So, please, once and for all, HOW do you get this stupid thing? Ok, thanks

Correct. The Ultra Bat Claw is only available in AA, not in AC.

You are confused between the Line Launcher and the Bat Claw. You get the Line Launcher playing through the story. Once you get it, you have to stand just in front of the breakable wall, and then shoot it into the wall and zipline into it, though some of the breakable walls can be accessed by flying into them (but not all).
