Don't get me wrong I loved every minute of playing through Mass Effect. The problem is that I thought it was supposed to be 30+ hours long or longer if you do side quests. I did a lot of side quests and just finished the game in 13 hours. I guess I can't complain to much because of the sheer quality of the 13 hours I experienced but what was the talk of 30+ hours?

I once beat Oblivion in 2 minutes. YEAH! Two!
One minute and thirty seconds to unwrap the game and thirty seconds of complete pummeling "God Hand - style" to let it know who was boss. I also spat on it for good measure and used a back peddling motion with my feet to throw some dirt on it like a dog burying a bone.
Shortly afterward I wept silently. It was a weird day that day.

More on topic though... honestly, Ryan, it would be best to give yourself some credibility. Like GME said, having a gamer tag showing your achievement and providing more substantial information will garner you some better feedback. No one is going to take your claim very seriously if you don't.
`Post count aside, hes probably right. A number of folks on the bioware forums have been complaining about hoiw quickly they've beaten it. 13hrs seems way low, but this may be the shortest Bioware RPG yet.

I don't particularly care if anyone believes it or not but I guarantee you this if you buy this game you will be shocked at how short it is and if you don't buy it read the gamespot review when it comes out and you'll see what I'm talking about. Even 30 hours is shorter than I expected. The way I play these type of games it will probably take me 60 if it takes the average person 30. I enjoy exploration and talking to NPCs :)
