What are some of the best boss fights you've seen in video games? I thought most of the ones in Radiant Silvergun were pretty good. I'm sure there are tons of great ones in the RPG genre too.

God Hand. Except for the Mad Midget Five. **** the Mad Midget Five.Got_to_go
And that's why we have AoE knockback.
I'll chip in another vote for God Hand's bosses, as well as Shadow of a Collosus's
kirby nightmare in dreamlad for gba was the best:D

Well most of the boss fights in the remake and the original are very easy to beat. Though having the star wand was a amusing fight.
As for myself I alway found:
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Star Ocean
Super Metroid
Golden Sun
Star Fox 64
Doom II
Phantasy Star IV
Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!
Mega Man 2
Chrono Trigger
Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen
Diablo
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
System Shock
[QUOTE="Panzer_Zwei"]Seven Force (Gunstar Heroes)FragasnapSo long as we're talking about the hardest difficulty, we may as well close the thread now.
Well that boos is more of memorizing his attacks than being hard. Only the panther mode and the crab along with the bird is the hardest. Panther that it does forty damage on its attack. The bird that its hard to get a clean hit. Also the crab thingy also is annoying to.
Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts 2 is what got me into appreciating boss battles, whether they be epic or small. So the head man of the Organization has my vote!

Seven Force was just awesome because he had seven freaking forms with some epic boss music. He made the final boss of the game seem like a wuss. Yeah, the last boss seemed a breeze after you fought this one boss in seven times.
Incredible but true as sunlight, nobody name it. Shadow of the Colossus has the most memorable exciting and creative Boss Fights evere created, certainly it is made up of it in gameplay but no other game can witness similar epic battles neither famed god of war games. You want some istances? OK i ll give. I liked Avion (no 5 Col) and Phalanx (no 13 Col) boss fights. So Beauty.
Shadow Of The Colossus is my go-to-game for enormous boss fights.Fighting a Colossus is so much fun, considering you have to plan on when, where, and how to climbup them, all while being pursued by the Colossus.
I really liked this one from Tales of the Abyss, the final fight between Luke and Asch. The music was also epic.
The final boss fight in Sonic Unleashed against Perfect Dark Gaia was pretty awesome. The beginning of the boss fight was reminiscent of Doomsday zone and the music was epic.
That's all I can think of right now.
Weldar and Lord Woo Fak Fak in Banjo-Tooie were pretty fun to fight. Kurt Zisa was a good boss fight in Kingdom Hearts. Resident Evil 4 and Metal Gear Solid 3 had great boos fights in general.
The End fight in Metal Gear Solid 3,Elizabeth fight in Persona 3 and the last colossus in Shadow of the Colossus
MGS introduced me to a new level of boss fights. The fights in SMB were awesome to me at the time. Ditto in TMNT: the arcade game for NES and at the arcade. When I was a kid we would waste tons of quarters trying to get bebop or rocksteady to turn red and then die!! Awesome, awesome times.
