Best dialogue in a game ever?

Which game/games do you think has the best dialogue ever, whether its funny, dramatic or just downright oscar worthy? Also in creating the gamesatmosphere and tie a compelling narrative together!

Grand Theft Auto 4 has a great script, coupled with excellent voice acting.

Saints Row 2 had some good dialogue for videogame. Even the voice acting wasn't bad.

I agree :D I think most of the GTA games have great dialogue.

uncharted

gta 4

gta 3 series (3, vc, sa)

star ocean 4

GTA4 definitely. The dialogue is superb.

I always thought Battlefield: Bad Company had some funny dialogue.

Both Kotor 2 and Vampire: Bloodlines.

The epic confrontation in Zero Wing. Obviously.

The Tokyo Stormtrooper hasa screen of the 'All your base are belong to us' scene real quick in one of his videos lol.

I will tell you the setting and the clip, and those of us mlg enough to have been paying attention remembers the sheer awe and power of this scene

Aye. I can't think of another game where you can just randomly strike up deep philosophical arguments with nameless passerbys in the streets. Extremely well written, clever, deep, dark, funny, emotional...eh, Torment just had the best dialogue.

I love how the dialogue can be both funny and quite spiritual.

" Come to think of it, the world is like this soda, once the bubbles are gone i ain't got no use for it anymore".

Call of duty 4 has the best dialogues for me.
