Timesplitters 2 by a country mile, Red Faction 2's multiplayer was pretty good too though

as mentioned before, timesplitters is the best on gc. if you're looking for somethig else, there's turok and meroid prime 2 has a multiplayer, but niether are very good. but if you're looking for something real bad...

Gamecube had a very weak FPS line-up. Timesplitters was probably best though.

One of the best multiplayer shooter games on the system is "Metal Arms: Glitch in the System". Killer, KILLER MP on that game, especially once you have all of the different stuff unlocked. The campaign is really fun too and worth every minute. One of the few games to ever make me laugh out-loud with it's jokes. Not an FPS but a game that'll make you forget the console has a "weakness" as described above.

I think "007: NightFire" has some good MP on it too.

I agree with Timesplitters. Especially Future Perfect. Such an amazing game.

Definitely 007 Nightfire. Other than that, Timesplitter's is good and Metal Arms is fun though it's a 3rd person shooter.
