This, if you want arcade games. I'd also have to add Midnight CLub LA, it's brilliant itself but was slightly overshadowed as it came out right around the same time a Burnout Paradise. But yeah Sonic and All Stars Transformed is my favorite arcade Racer this gen.
Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition, I played it on PSP and that technically counts as this gen. ;)
Juiced Eliminator is another PSP racer I thought was surprisingly good.
Mario Kart Wii is good I think.
PGR4 is not good for a number of reasons. No racing line so there's a lot of running into walls. And when joining a game online you stare at the menu for 10 minutes waiting for everyone else to finish their race.
Burnout Paradise not good either. The camera is reeally close to the ground. Cheap as shit.
