Best Tony Hawk game for old Xbox?

I have only played the first on the n64 and I want to move up to xbox ones. I am only interested in purchasing one of them. Which one should it be and why?

Tony Hawk 3 was the best skateboarding game of all time, IMO.

Thats a toughie. They are all great except for Underground 2. I voted 4 as theres just something about that game that kept me coming back for more, even though I had all of them. (and still do except 3)

I dont think you should just limit yourself to just one of them seeing as they are all dirt cheap now. I say give them all a chance :P

I'd go with 3. The first three were classics IMO, the fourth was okay but nothing amazing IMO, andI don't remember liking anything after.

Definitely 4. Three was basically the same game, other then 4 made some improvements.

Tony Hawk Underground 1 was my favourite in the series. American Wastland was also good and also the last decent Hawk game, because I found Project 8 disapointing.

tony hawk 4 was the best one of the ones you listed but tony hawk 2 was the best of all and i bleive theres a remake of 2 on the xbox called 2x . but i think its hard to come across
