Favoirte - Sonic (because I love the characters)

Best Overall - Thats impossible to say. Every series is unique in its own way. You cant really say one is better than the rest. Thats why there are different genres.

Ratchet & Clank, hands down. Loved all four of the PS2 games and played each at least twice. Unless you count the non-Insomniac titles, which I don't.

Judging from your gaming preferences, its hard to tell whether you are gaming or not, and considering that those game series are judged rather harshly around here, you did not do a very good job to make it a joke.

Lol everyone absolutely loves God of War on gamespot, Left 4 Dead is a fun game now and then, and CoD isn't my cup of tea. Yes, I dislike CoD and GoW doesn't mean I intentionally put down others like that.

Actually I am referring to these forums, which I donot see you often around here. There of those of us that just prefer old school gaming, and also add to the fact that your "joke" was simply not well put in the first place as well.

I would say the Super Mario Bros. Series. 1,2,3, World, and 64 were awesome. Galaxies, Paper....

Final Fantasy would be a close second. They have both been around for a long time. :)

I'd say the best is Super Mario Bros. Each of the games in the series are great and I don't think a single one has ever let me down.

My favourite though would of course be Contra. It's a really great game series,except whenthey tried to make it all in 3D.
