A lot of lists have the Gravity Gun from HL2 at the top, but one of the most awesome weapons is the Cerebral Bore (which is on those same lists). And Greywyne, if you're looking for shotguns with gibs in the game, I'd have to go with the USAS-12 in Soldier of Fortune II.
I might say the Line Gun from Dead Space, for its awesome dismembering ability despite the fact that its a mining tool. Â Or, the Pulse Rifle from Dead Space as well, for its alternate 360 degree fire ability.
