Jade Empire, Fable, the Splinter Cell games, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, the Brothers in Arms games, Psychonauts, Doom 3, Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, Beyond Good and Evil, Fatal Frame 2, Indigo Prophecy, X-Men Legends, Star Wars Battlefront games, Medal of Honor: Frontline, and the Hitman series of games.
REVISION: Best Xbox game besides Halo series or KOTAR that doesn't have an equal or better version on PC or another console. So, don't put games like Burnout 3, Half Life 2, or the GTA series, for example because those games have better or equal versions on other platforms. The Splinter Cell series would be a good pick because even though it's on other platforms, the XBOX version is clearly superior.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Besides it's amazingly refined gameplay, it was a technical masterpiece that pushed the Xbox to it's limits. Yeah, it's not exactly an Xbox game, but it did set a huge gap between the PS2/CG versions in terms of presentation.

I consider the Splinter Cell games Xbox games because they were originally made for the Xbox and then ported to other platforms.
Conker L&R is just a remake of a classic N64 game. The N64 version is superior because it's not censored like the Xbox version. Also, isn't Battlefront a PC game? Read my revision please.

They're making lists, because the question is flawed. It's pointless to try to find the best game, out of all the different genres and tastes. A better way to ask the question is which game provided the most enjoyment, or which game did you play the most.
