Anyone remember that? When it was on December 3rd? I had it marked on my calendar. But they delayed it. Now I have to wait until February 10 :cry:! Anyone else :cry: sad :cry: ?
I almost became fooled by the release date in a Wal-Mart ad paper a few weeks ago when it said it was coming out on 12/3:P. Damn you and your misleading advertising Wal-Mart:x. Oh well, still have Super Mario Galaxy to keep me occupied:).
Well,at least they have more time to polish the title,and by February 10th,I should have enough money to buy it,and possibly even have time to play it.>_>
Delays only make games better. I myself would prefer a well-polished and finished game to a sloppy and unfinished one, even if I had to wait a few extra months.

Hahaha! I hear that! November = too many friggin games to keep up with , and I don't think december will help.

I don't remember exactly what went down... since I wasn't paying attention, but I believe Diablo II was supposed to originally come out in late 1998 and was delayed a few times until 2000. That is a "tad" worse than 3 months. :P

I'm not a PC gamer. I'm a console gamer. This is a bigger blow to me than finding out my computer has mixed compatibility (can run Half Life 2, but not Doom 3 or World of Warcraft).
Yes, a little more time, but you have to remember, Nintendo delayed SSBB so that they could integrate online play. And online multiplayer + Brawl = Love

I mean, not to sound like a Nintendo basher, but this is what Nintendo does. They set a release date for a high-profile game, and then they break it. I literally think this practice is intentionally integrated into their marketing strategy now.
I've kind of learned to take all "release dates" from Nintendo as being "tentative." In any case, Smash Brawl is going to rule the universe. Hard.
