What's the most bug filled game in the galaxy?

This includes: graphical glitches, script glitches, sound glitches, control glitches, any glitches. Just tell us.

Don't say 'Big Rigs, over the road racing': it's easy as stealing candy from a deaf, blind, mute kid. While he's sleeping. :|

I didn't play many games with bugs. I guess I'm lucky.

I'd say Oblivion, Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness, and Matrix: Online was most buggy games I've ever played.

Most recent game Oblivion... also almost every Origin game I have ever played has been packed with bugs. They were terrible for making buggy and unplayable games.

Gothic 3 was the only recent game that had game-breaking bugs for me. Shame, cause if it wasn't for that, it would have been better than Oblivion IMO.

X3: Reunion - what was really annoying was that you could glimpse a great game behind all the bugs.

Windows. And it has that annoying game over screen where everything turns blue, and you have to restart the whole console!

Yup. Just what I was going to say. The memory leak is still there, but with the community patches (JoWood is too lazy to make the game work, so community is doing it), the game is playable and good.

I can't understand how Oblivion is even mentioned. All the bugs have been patched. And even now it's nothing compared to Gothic 3.

Sonic the Hedgehog '06 is one of the buggest games I have ever had the displeasure of playing. It's a bad game made even worse with it's extremely buggy nature.

Two Worlds...there are quests in which other quest lines are revealed before they're supposed to be, some quests don't work after certain events, even when they should, people are completely absent from the game world that are needed to complete the quests, and it's way too easy to reach areas on the map the devs probably never wanted you to see. That's just story-related issues.

I haven't played many games with a huge amount of bugs, so I'm going to cheat and name a recent example.

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within is pretty broken. Among many things you could get stuck inside enemies.

Frickin Elder Scrolls 4. I had tons of minor item losing bugs, and a fatal game ending bug had I not an extra save due to my obsessive compulsive extra saves are needed nature from back in 1990 when I lost my Final Fantasy save from corrupted data.

Stalker, really good game, but glitched like crazy. Infact, in the game, in order to get the good endings, you would of had to find this device thingy to open the door to the good endings part, but I never got it. So instead, I learned that you could actually stick your gun in the door to the best endings part, and literally crack/break the door open...

The game isn't even out yet...

The game does look like the type of game that would have many bug problems, but who knows? They might fix all the bugs before they release it.

Let's not judge a game that's not even out yet...

Superman 64. Yeah, it's a terrible game, but what made it even tougher to play was when Superman would fall through floors into endless black voids. Trying to do a loop while flying creates some interesting results as well.

LOL Best reply in the thread.
To speak the truth, though, windows is not a game: it's a bug in its very essence.

Dagerfall obviously :) It wasn't nicknamed "Buggerfall" for nothing :) Gothic 3 is like a polished diamond compared to it :)

I concur. Although gamespot's review states it's impossible to beat the first level. I made it to level 5, before getting sick of it.

I haven't really experienced excessive bugs because I've always been carful when choosing games to buy, but after playing Jak 2, for 10 hours it was buggy as hell.

Oblivion was a bad one,but Enter the Matrix on the PS2 beats it.BUT there was once one title called Driver 2...if you know it you should start screaming right now :P

My personal single Bug Nr.1 was in FF8.If you had done something wrong (rumors say you collected around a certain number of cards) you couldn´t get in the last dungeon...I had the problem, some friends too.I still hate the game for making me play it again with the fear of not ending it just because the programmers made SERIOUS mistakes.Over 40h a goner because of it!

Morrowind! More than Oblivion I'd say. Sometimes, in Morrowind, you would just run and fall through the floor in the eternal void, forcing you to load your game. Or get stuck on a rock or other static object...

Also, what's wrong with Big Rigs? It actually fixes Morrowind's problems! In Big Rigs, you can also visit the eternal void, but you can return on earth whenever you want, since the truck doesn't actually FALL in the void. And no risks of getting stuck on a rock, since you can clip through everything. :)

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines at release....unfortunate since its one of the best and most atmospheric RPG games released in the past 5 years....luckily the usermade patches have fixed all the major bugs and a majority of the minor ones.

Also, Splinter Cell: Double Agent for PC.....in fact, pretty much most Ubisoft developed PC games released after 2004....Ubisoft is literally the king of buggy games on PC, poor ports, malware, and unoptimized code on PC.

Agreed. I only got about half-way through and quit because of the bugs. It shows that they didn't have a QA team.
