How do i get the legendary, toy, cops cars?do you have to pay for them?i got the ultimate box, it defers on what about the original, does it have new content if so what?
All those cars are part of DLC packs. And yes, you have to pay for them.
To my knowledge, the Ultimate Box included, along with the base game, the free Cagney update, the Bikes update, and Party Mode. AFAIK, the latest update (1.9) actually includes all of the game's DLC including those which you haven't purchased yet. You have to buy them to unlock them, though.
I'd recommend getting Big Surf Island first. It has a new area to play around in and nine unlockable cars.
