Hello,I have a bit of a problem I suck at button mashers.I really need some tips on how to get past button mashers.Alot of people say use the the lid of a pen but I am not sure how to use it to get past button mashers.The main one that I am stuck on is the gaint bird at the end of dics two of blue dragon.Alot of peopleay use the lid of a pen or the pen itself but it seems to slip of the small X button.Then people are saying us a lighter or spoon I have not tried these yet.I really don't want to be cheap and buy a turbo controller and I don't own a guitar hero controller so can any fellow gamers out there help me figure out what is some good button masher tips.I know it is pathetic my dexterity is not that good lol.

It's all about grip, or lack thereof.
If you're holding your controller, let go of it and set it down on your leg. It sounds ridiculous at first, but moving your entire hand up and down rather than moving your thumb is much more comfortable and quicker too, at least in my experience with QTE's in Resident Evil 4.
Thanks for the tip,I am suck on this blue dragon button masher and it is a pain because pressing the small X button over and over is very hard for me to do.Thats why alot of people say use the pen lid trick but that does no work for me either.That is why alot of people used there guitar hero controller but I don't have one.
