I'm sure that many games like this exist, unfortunately I don't know the genre of this game so you could search for it.

If you're looking for suggestions, though, Infinity Runner is a pretty good one that plays from an first person perspective and actually has a story, too. Race the Sun is fun and -very- challenging. There's also a licensed Despicable Me runner game.

Tomb Raider: Relic Run. It's my first runner game, but I highly enjoyed it.

Bit Trip Runner 2 is very good.

Depending on your phone it tends to lag, but I had a lot of fun with 'Chopper Run!' too. It's based on the character from One Piece.

I second this. I have the Vita version. It's the best running game I played so far. Canabalt is a good one too.
