Been waiting since the near end of the last generation how crazy is that?

I still love that trailer even though it really only tells us jack shit.
And hey, 7 years of development; if Cyberpunk is good, then Star Citizen is going to be damn incredible :D Nyuk nyuk nyuk...
*and you know what? They told us "when it's ready" so good on them. No misleading there.

Me too it's one of the coolest trailers of all time.
I totally forgot about this first teaser trailer but yeah, I wasn't around on Gamespot to talk about it, I was on another game site at the time but I remember this game is gonna look amazing on PC and from what we seen now, it's crazy CDPR went above & beyond with Cyberpunk 2077. And for the records, this whole being in first-person-shooter over 3rd-person was the best choice and this was CDPR idea from the start, so all the gamers need to stop complaining about it. CDPR did an amazing job with Witcher 3, (and don't even get me started on the downgrade cause I didn't care and the final is still amazing) Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be my GOTY. 7 years of development, that's pretty normal for your typical AAA game. Chris Robert needs to take notes from CDPR.
Already pre-order Cyberpunk 2077 on GoG.

Same for me I was on Giantbomb I'm actually glad I got banned from that site it's super cringy especially these days but anyways yeah that teaser trailer is amazing and still holds up.
Yeah, the best thing about this company is the way they market their products and their honesty with fans.
Yeah, I admit at first I was kinda mad it wasn’t in 3rd person, but then I remembered how much I love Deus Ex. So if this game is a better version of that. I am sold.
Unsure how much I will love/hate the combat system but if there is a simplified way to do it or easy mode, I will be very happy.
I was devastated when I finally tried Divinity Original Sin. That game sucked because of the horrible gameplay, menus and combat system. Just the worst.
Right, reminds me a lot of Dead Island... They gave a dramatic trailer with cinematic qualities. Ye the the final product was a dismal action looting game.
No surprise here when CyberPunk finally releases... If ever... That it just be another experience much like Far Cry or Call of Duty.
Titanfall too reminds me of the gameplay I'm looking at .
I wanted to play as a Custom Character with scythes for arms and Loli Gothica Stlyed Hair

Divinity: Original Sin was a traditional "Dungeons and Dragons"-style turn-based combat system; that is about as far away as you can get from an action-RPG like Cyberpunk, Deus Ex, etc.
Not sure why you are worried about that in reference to CP 2077

Skipped the first Original Sin with absolute no regrets. Everything about the sequel seemed better, and most the fandom seem to be in agreement that going back is pointless; outside of people who prefer how defence worked in the older game (a system I'm a big fan of so. .)
OSII is one of my favorite RPG games ever. Still don't feel the need to look back at the first OS or these other Divinity Games I've read about.
To me it would be the same as telling people to start with the first Monster Hunter (don't)
From my understanding Larian really went all out with OSII and it paid-off big-time. I see them only getting better, so hope for the future. The superior sequel still may not be for @ajstyles; don't know what you define as quality, but assume if you dislike menus and complex systems? OSII would not be your kind of game. Heck MH probably isn't either!
Back onto Cyber Punk, the delay may be a blessing. TW3 wasn't exactly a technical-flawless experience. And now that it's further from Animal Crossing and Resi3 I'm more likely to jump-in.
I love Deus Ex, still not confident Cyber Punk can live up to all these unrealistic fan expectations. However just hope it's a solid experience in the spirit of Deus Ex. Square Enix has killed the official franchise so would gladly take a spiritual successor (if it's good)
