Can you use Turtle beach X11s with PS3 ?

I just ordered the Turtle beach X11 headset and I was told you could use these for the PS3. Does anyone know if this is true?

you can use it just not for voice chat.

Becuase sony voice chat is with blue tooth.

I don't get what you mean by this. I have a headset and I could talk and its not bluetooth...
