Cant decide PS2 or GC

getting rid of the 360 cuz i need some extra cash...can both of these deals for cheap..like 70 bucks

the games i would get for PS2:

mgs3

god of war 1 or 2

gran turismo 3 or 4

vice city

nfs most wanted

games i would get for GC:

mario sunshine

wind waker

wave race (is this any good?)

double dash

and i also really like the smallness of the PS2 slim

Get the playstation 2...

It has a huge library of games

PS2 >>> GC. The GC isn't bad though, but it doesn't have nearly as much great games.

Also, I would recommend twilight princess instead of WW.

Seriously, get the PS2. And believe me, it does have some great karting multiplayer games if that's what you asked for.

PS2. Its better graphics but i havn't touched mine in about 6 months. But the GC does have MGS Twin Snakes.

If you can find a store called CD Game Exchange then you can get a GC as low as 30 dollars. As for a PS2 I think new they are 129 or something used I don't know. But if you don't have this store near you go for the PS2. MGS2-3, God of War... Enough said....

Get a Ps2 if you can get a Ps3 as it is backwards compatible you can play PS1 & 2 games on it & also has a blueray. I wanted to get one but I went for the Wii because of all the hype that made me want it, I'm totally regretting it right now. I also have an Xbox, PSP, DS lite of all these systems I like the PS2 the best so you decide.

id go with the PS2. the GC is basically dead (RIP little guy...fantastic console) where as the PS2 is still actively supported.the PS2 also had a selection of games that dwarfed every other console last gen....and theres full PS1 support also.

the GC had alot of classic games on it mind (metroid prime is simply a must play imho) and it was better built and designed system but...no more games are coming. if u get an addon then u can also play game boy advance and colour games..but thats about it then.

so yea...PS2 imho.

PS2, no question.

The Gamecube was not a bad system, but the PS2 has far more games already and still has plenty more new releases coming out.
