capcom loses one of its biggest names.. objection!

the man responsible for bringing us both bionic commando and who also did the voice work for pheonix wright has left capcom

his name is ben judd

why did he leave well the prospect of becoming the gaming developing industries no.1 talent scout in japan seems very inticing

so hes off to expand his horizons and a better paycheck.. is understandable.. but never again wil we be graced by the resounding "objection" ever again.. my heart is saddened :(

Horrible news :(. I was hoping for a new Ace Attorney game starring Phoenix. Of course it can still happen but it won't be the same.

i would have loced to see pheonix wright in a harvey birdman game.. thatd be epic win

It's not like they lost Ono or Niitsuma or someone like that, you know, any of the actual driving forces behind their content. Most voice actors are easily replaceable, and I'm sure this guy is no different.DarkCatalyst

Aren't those games mostly text? They can just use stock footage for the "Objection" bit.

They didn't even use anynew voice clips for Phoenix after the first game. And I wasn't expecting the same voice back for the Layton crossover anyway. Is the guy even a voice actor? It's gonna be a lot more then a few words this time.
