Capture card reccomendations

Could anyone reccomend me a decent external video capture card hitting around one hundred dollars or less? I don't mind recording just stardard def video.

I'm running windows 8, btw.

I would highly suggest an HD PVR if you can afford it. I have one and i absolutely love it. If that one is not in your price range you could always check out Dazzle or Aver Media....
