Personally I prefer the N64 version, it's just the graphical style and that it's the original that gets me. Also they did cencor more words in the xbox version, though thats not much of a cause of prefering the N64 version to the xbox one :P
Xbox version is the best. Cant believe everyone else picked the N64 version. I can understand if thats where you originally played it or never had an Xbox...but come on. The Xbox version was the same game but with great graphics.
I bought the N64 version close to the end of its Life-Cycle and I hadnt finished it yet so when I heard about the Xbox remake I got rid of the 64 version and got it for my Xbox instead.
I know graphics dont make a game but if youcanchoose why notpick the best looking one?
I had more fun with the Nintendo 64 one, I was disappointed when they didn't include some of the cave-men games in the X-box version, imagine playing that on netplay. That would be simply hilarious.
The Nintendo 64 version beats the Xbox version by a country mile. Even though I thought that the Xbox version was a great game, I still prefer the Nintendo 64 version over it. Mainly due to the multi-player component, which was the best part of the game. The graphics also had more color, rather than the Xbox version.

Yea the n64 version is way better. They should have included the old multiplayer modes from the n64 version on live and reloaded because they were a lot of fun. The new multiplayer in the xbox version could have been amazing, but I remember they messed up some seemingly simple things. Like making players nametags gigantic so they blocked out everything in your view. That was a game-breaking flaw in my opinion. Playing against bots you could get around this by naming every bot with a one letter name though.
I prefer the N64 version, due to the fact that it isn't freakin' censored and that it has better multiplayer.
I prefered the MP in the XB version (at least until the cheating and glitching got out of hand imo, a few months after it came out), though I never did get the timing down on the sneaker combo. Single player had fun moments and the graphics face lift was wonderfully done, but it was too slow and stingy control wise in either version for my tastes.

The N64 version is censored. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYVqrm6-XPk&feature=relatedThe only bit that I noticed that was censored in the Xbox version, but not the N64 version, was the Mighty Poo's song. For that reason alone I think the N64 version is better.
