Console gaming is already dead tbh...

I'm done with it fully now, so pathetic when they cannot even release hardware that can cope with at least 1080p and 60p, I can buy a 750ti for £90 that can handle that and yet these new consoles are so far behind that they cannot compete with a low range PC :/

There is no reason to own a console, PC gaming is so cheap, the games are even cheaper and you aren't locked into paying a subscription. Gamespot proving the very fact that you can make yourself a PC for the price of these consoles and if you pirate Windows you can afford an even better parts.

They're done, as far as I'm concerned the only one I care about now is Nintendo, they offer unique software, the other two consoles just offer what the PC does better.

This is the first time these consoles have launched so far behind on power, usually in the past they were on par or even ahead when you go back to the 90s. Thankfully now though the PC is so standardized that it has just come so far since the 360 launched.

The PC has won and I find that so funny compared to what developers were saying 8 years ago.

The 750Ti is already struggling at 60fps for current games, I can't imagine what I'll be in a year.

So a console sucks because the majority of developers choose better and smoother technical performance, rather than reach for benchmarks that only graphics whores give a damn about that could negatively affect the game?

That's funny, I'm having a fantastic time with my Xbox One and 9 games that I have on it at the moment. Console gaming is doing just fine for me.

I think this is better suited for system wars. Although if you posted there, you'd just get. Hurhurhur GOTY.
