Well, over the past week (or whatever it's been) me and a couple of buddies have been constantly bashing each other whether or not it would be a good idea to have a Tekken vs Soul Calibur game.
Going back to SC 2, the PS2 version included Heihachi Mishima. He was actually done quite well, but my only gripe is: WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU WANT TO HAVE A GAME WHERE IT'S FISTS VS SWORDS???
I mean, seriously. Heihachi actually has a huge disadvantage in SC 2. He has nowhere near as much variety as the SC cast, since his moveset is nowhere near as large. Not to mention, he has to Soul Charge to do his 10 hit combo. In a regular Tekken game, 10 hit combos aren't that big of deal, since Tekken is slower. But in SC, his combos were ridiculously faster. But just the fact that he needs to Soul Charge first, gives away the fact that you're about to do his combos.
Well, I didn't really mean to ramble, but those are (some) of my thoughts on this idea for a game. What do you think about this?
