Does anyone hear think that you can lose weight while playing DDR, like if you play for half a hour daily. I personally think you can use it as the recommended 30 minutes daily exercise routine.

What do you guys think?

Depends. If you play on Beginner or Light, probably not. If you play on Heavy (like I do :P), you'll lose some weight if you do it daily. IDK, lol I don't need to loose weight, so IDK how effective it is, but I know I burn maybe about 50+ calories per song (depends on the song).

Does me being Japanese have anything to do with my DDR skills? :P ^_^.
