R U teh serious? It has weapon upgrades in them. Go to the bench and add them in to your weapon to add more power to your guns.
Well, yes, I am serious. I know about all the other boxes (you can stamp open) that contain loot and such. And off course I know about crafting and upgrading weapons. But how does one open the BLUE crates? Like the one in the image. Not by stamping on it, or by throwing/shooting it.
just walk up next to it and press the pickup button. the same button you use to pick up items after you stomp on them. That specific one in your picture is block by the crate. you have to use kineses to throw the crate away first.

The crate, on the floor, the one you're telling me to throw away, that is the one I'm talking about.
