With Haze being a total disappointment, what do you think the next disappointment will be?

Are you implying it will be mgs4? Look, mgs3 which was the most disappointing mgs in my opinion was more decent than many high-rated games. Metal Gear Solid 4 shan't disappointed anyone. A game getting a score lower than people's expectations or negative comments does not mean it was disappointing. gamingqueen

I gotta pretty much agree with you there. MGS3 is without a doubt the game in the series i'm least fond of. While I know it was more realistic for its time in terms of gadgets, I felt so crippled the whole time with weaker tools and I felt the game was ultimately ill suited for the espionage demands on the player. IMHO, the way MGS3 forced you to play is only really practically in first person, not an overhead, 3rd person view. Subsistence camera control helps, but its still an issue for me. I can only see myself experiencing the game again through Existence (which I probaby will do right before I play MGS4).
Now back on topic. This is something I wouldn't want to do (that is, even if I could). I don't think its fair to "expect" a game to be a disappointment. Really, though, when you think about the essence of the word, if you expect something to disappoint you, then its not really a disappointment.
I'll be amazed if Liche King for WoW lives up to the hype. Yes it will be pretty, yes it will have a 'fun for a while' new class that everyone will want to play, but overall i think it'll just be another 10 levels to grind rather than a real change to the game.
man I wish they would be Warcraft 4 at some point :-(
