@GalvatronType_R: Not that I want to defend those people, but your analogy is not really applicable.
A golf club is a product. It's either there or it isn't. You can buy it and use it, place an order and wait, or ignore it.
With a video game, it's a product...and sometimes a service, in the case of Overwatch. So having people purchase your product only to provide insufficient or poor service is essentially a cocktease; these people are legitimately entitled to play the game after purchasing it, and Blizzard (either through poor security or insufficient resources, or both) is preventing them from doing so.
If you bought golf club, but every time you wanted to use it you had to call Titleist and ask for permission, and they weren't available, how frustrated would you be? Pretty damn frustrated. You could go use the other driver, but you shouldn't have to.
I get where you are coming from, though, and I tend to agree that the general attitude of some folks is pretty poor. Especially when it comes to people being impatient about release dates or duping themselves because the final product didn't look like the E3 build.

Speaking as someone that doesn't have a life I don't act like this it's more of their personality trait.
Ditto 😁
I think I'm pretty calm for the most part about my main hobby.
Although I am getting SICK AND TIRED OF THESE GOD DAMN GAAS!
