Do we Need SILENT HILl sPiritual sUccessor

we need a SH spiritual successor

I'm still hoping Kojima and del toro team up to make a horror title. Just cause it can't be silent hill doesn't mean they can't make a game period.

I have low hopes for any new konami titles.

What really bums me out is all you so called silent hill fans don't play silent hill book of memories online

first of all I don't have a PS Vita ( and to think somone would buy a game system for just one game is pretty meh ) and 2ndly why is there an Online Silent Hill game how can you have a great horror and story shoving it with bloody co-op but If I ever get it I will try to log on with you :)

@thelordofpies: Book of memories had an engaging story but was like a dungeon rpg. Online was fun when people actually played. I think we have a better chance of a mobile book of memories part 2 then a new silent hill game

not too bothered either way, however I would like a decent horror game to come out soon. I have high hopes for SOMA and Routine. Last horror game I enjoyed was Outlast.

Exactly. I don't even know what the point of making a Silent Hill game that didn't play like an SH game was. In fact, I remember I got cussed out by one of the developers on their YouTube channel when I voiced my disinterest in the game. Basically, he said "We're here trying to make a game for YOU!" Uh.. no, NOT for me.

I under the opinion that we don't even need SH.

Silent Hill is unique in my opinion, a quantum leap in horror video games. I want more of SH, but only if it is returned to an Asian studio
