In general, I buy my games pre-owned at EB Games, and on eBay, and that's how I've been buying my games for the past few years. I've just started buying any new games I want on amazon.ca (since I'm from Canada), as they offer free shipping and are generally $5-$10 cheaper then in the store.

I usually buy them off of Amazon, but if there's a good deal at a Brick & Mortar store I'll go there.

At the store. I don't like waiting and I like, you know, actually going places.

I'm forced to buy English games online because I live in Japan, but the upside is I can just go down the street to get any Japanese games I want. I usually buy my English games online from Amazon or play-asia though.

Most of my games come from EB Games, preowned. However, I have gotten several games from Kmart new for $5. f.y.e. has also had some good deals. I have never gotten any games from an online source, but it doesn't mean that I wouldn't consider it.

I usually buy my games used at gamestop because I'm a pennypincher and want to pay the least amount possible to get my games.

I usualy get them from stores. When I can't find them, I go to eBay. And I've just gotten in to Goozex.

Still, most of my games from from stores.

I'm not alone! Besides, you can get so many more games for the same amount of money by shopping like this.

I always buy my games instore with the rare exception for hard to find games that I find on the 'net. I buy them from Best Buy, Gamestop, Circuit City, Fry's, and a litle independent import store called Hyper Game Action.

It really depends. If it is a game I'm really looking forward to playing right away after its release, I usually get it from the retail stores. If it is older games or games that "can wait", I usually research and buy online cheaper.

While I prefer a brick and mortar store there aren't to many I want to shop at anymore so I tend to go online.

I get older titles are Good Old Games. The prices are either $6 or $10. Most stuff comes with some kind of free add-on. There is no DRM.

Goozex has proven to be a good spot to get new and old titles used.

For boxed games I go to GoGamer.com. There have been several titles where the price was less than the full store price. They even offer imported titles from England.

Store. I like the immediate gratification of it. I leave the house knowing I'm coming home with the game.

I don't think i've ever bought a game online, except for when I used to rent games from Gamefly. I buy all my games at Gamestop.

Online. Even if I hear about a good sale at a retail store, I generally can't be bothered to go see if it's sold out (time + gas = money). And it's rare when I find a deal in a retail store that can top amazon.com.

It's all about online for me. It's just so much cheaper. Usually I will buy them off of half.com or Amazon's Market Place (from the individual sellers). Sometimes I will straight up buy it from Amazon itself for a new copy if it's a game I really want. Shipping rates are always reasonable. If I buy a game for 8 dollars plus 3.50 shipping, it's still cheaper than paying the 15-20 Gamestop wants for the same game.

Depending what you're buying. It's hard to beat GameStop's prices for Xbox 1 games. It's hard to find them much cheaper anywhere else, especially factoring in the shipping and handling charges. But then again, the only games I buy are Xbox 1 preowned, so my perspective is somewhat limited.
