Yep, all the time. This gen has been pretty lackluster for me, so I've stayed past gens and am loving every second of it. I recently picked up Brave Fencer Musashi for the PS1, and I have to say this is PS1's Ocarina of Time.

i still have my musashi :P its an awesome game.
I play past gen games all the time. I find that there are very few current gen games I'm interested in. So, I'll stick with the PS1 and PS2 games until I see something that's worth my attention out of the current generation. By the way, MGS4 is the best current gen game I've played.
It's funny that you ask since I'm going to get a SNES next month. I already got Star Fox and when I have enough money I'll also get a hold of Super Mario RPG which I've seen around a couple of times for around €50. I also want to get some other legendary games such as Super Mario Kart, F-Zero and A Link to the Past.
So yeah, I love it.

I have to admit, Super Mario Kart is beyond outdated now. It's still fun to an extent, but I just couldn't get back into it. It's hard to find good racing games on the SNES. I did like Stunt Race FX very much so (Star Fox graphics racer).
Yep! Browsing for old gen games is better than looking at the new ones since I'm usually looking for PS2 games.

Same. And it's always fun when you find a game that is a bit rare.

Just don't get the PS2 musashi. Boy did that game suck. I heard good things about the first one, saw the PS2 musashi samurai legend for cheap and said to myself that if the first one's good, they can't mess up a sequel. I was so wrong.
I love going to Gamestop during their sales and looking through their bargain bins. I mean it's the perfect time for someone to pick up a PS2 - you can get the onimusha trilogy for less than $20. Viewtiful Joes, Mark of Kri, Sly, Maximo, Devil May Cry. Trying to collect better games for the SNES is more expensive.

I expected as much, but I just feel bad that I own nearly every installment of some of my favourite series, yet missed out on the crucial first one. It's not as much that I'm going to play these games for years, just that I'm curious as to where the series came from. I've also heard that Star Fox is just a technically inferior version of its N64 successor, but when I've enjoyed Star Fox 64, Adventures, Assault and Command, why not try out the first in the series? Especially considering I managed to get it for under 10 bucks. One of the games I DO want to play eagerly is Super Mario RPG, though. I love Paper Mario and people tell me RPG is even better, which is why I'm prepared to pay up for it once I get a SNES.
Of course I do... by the way for PS1 try these (some people might say some games in a series aren't good but don't let that change your mind... I actually thought about getting the first Resident Evil: Survivor (light gun game), because I think I have all of the other ones... so:
Resident Evil 1, 2, 3, Survivor...
Tomb Raider 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Metal Gear Solid 1, VR Missions (there are quite a few of these, if you want to know them all they will be on Wikipedia I imagine or somewhere else (obviously...)
Duke Nukem 3D, Time To Kill... might not be very good now but has to be played lol
Die Hard Trilogy... not a good game at all these days but again, has to be played... I actually loved this game years ago, but you can't save or anything lol. Nowadays the light gun game on this trilogy is the best.
Croc (Lol, I used to love this too... some memorable levels
Formula One '97 I believe... can't remember too much, but that has memorable stuff too...
Theme Hospital/Theme Park (these games are actually still pretty good I think, they haven't aged really because all games like this don't have amazing graphics...)
WWF SmackDown!, WWF SmackDown! 2: Know Your Role
WWF Warzone, Attitude, WrestleMania: The Arcade Game, In Your House
WCW Vs. The World, Mayhem (the first Wrestling game I played that plays like a current-gen Wrestling game before all the new games obviously)
ECW Anarchy Rulz (great match types not in any other Wrestling game still... Dumpster, Barbed Wire matches come to mind). Also Hardcore Revolution but for a casual fan it is actually WWF Attitude but changed to the ECW experience and stuff, nothing more, nothing less...
For some PS2 games (some games I have on PC or next gen or whatever, so check if they are good on PS2 version first)
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty, 3: Snake Eater
Resident Evil 4, Dead Aim, Survivor 2, Code Veronica X, Outbreak, Outbreak: File #2
Call Of Duty: Finest Hour, Big Red One
The Getaway, The Getaway: Black Monday
Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City, San Andreas, Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories
God Of War
Tomb Raider: The Angel Of Darkness (only if you are an hardcore fan of TR really, not bad, just the worst TR lol because it's too different from the rest of them), Legend, Anniversary
Gun
Manhunt
Burnout 3: Takedown
Destroy All Humans!
Shadow Of The Collossus (has to be played... seems like a current gen game)
Medal Of Honor: Frontline, European Assault, Rising Sun
Brothers In Arms: Road To Hill 30, Earned In Blood
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, Pandora Tomorrow, Chaos Theory and Double Agent
WWF SmackDown!: Just Bring It, WWE SmackDown! Shut Your Mouth, Here Comes The Pain, vs. RAW, vs. RAW 2006, vs. RAW 2007, vs. RAW 2008
The Punisher (extremely under-rated game, very fun slaughter gore fest)
Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero: Rocks The 80s, Guitar Hero II, Guitar Hero III: Legends Of Rock, Rock Band, Aerosmith (some games are actually recommended for current gen obviously, but I figure might as well finish the list lol)
Need For Speed: Underground, Underground 2, Most Wanted, Carbon
That is all for now...
i like looking and playing my classics and to me they are alot more fun than the new games
the sony games bore me and the nintendo games i enjoy because im not a hardcore playstation gamer
im a hardcore nintendo gamer
75% of my games are nintendo and 60% are classics
