Yes, Every single one, except the ones that I have recently brought and are still playing.
The only game I have had for ages and havent finished, is FFX, and thats because everytime I get far into it, something happens...
1st time: Seymour and Anima
My memory card got stolen
2nd time: Just after Al-bhed Home (On the Airship)
I accidentally deleted it
3rd time: Seymour and Anima again
Somebody deleted it
4th time: Zanarkand
Dont know, my save file just dissapeared...
I am currently at Mushroom Rock.
It takes me around 2 to 3 days to finish most games (Excluding RPG's obviously)
I just finished 25 to life in 2 days, and I finished DK 1, 2, 3 in 3 days...
I finish every game I play, otherwise its a waste of time playing them.
This brings up an interesting point. Buying a game is kinda like a gamble. You never know what you're going to get out of it. I've spent $60 on games and halfway through been so bored I just couldn't continue. And I've bought $30 games ona whim that ended up keeping me entertained for multiple playthroughs.
On the whole I'd say I beat most of what I buy, but I would never pretend that it's more than 75% (probably less actually). The risk of buying a game I won't finish is just part of this hobby for me. Because I'm an impulsive personality and prone to snap judgements. Of course that risk is often rewarded when the great ones come along. Like when I bought the first Halo thinking "meh, maybe I'll enjoy this" and ended up playing it off and on for over three years.
I would say only a little more than 10% of the games in my collection have been finished (and when I say finished I don't mean 100% with every easter egg cracked- I just mean the main straightforward campaign). Am I the only one?g0ldenboy
I beat around 50% of my games that I buy.
Sometimes, though, it feels like a chore to try to beat these games just so you can say "Oh, well, that's another game in my collection that I can say I've beaten." gohantech00
Agreed. It's unfortunate though because I tend to leave a lot of games unfinished.
I try to, but sometimes I stop in the middle of video games. Actually, I stopped four hours into Red Steel, Mario & Luigi: Partners In Time, and Castlevania: Portrait Of Ruin. The action just didn't pick up fast enough.
I'd say I beat around fifty percent of my video games. I don't do the extra stuff usually, though. Sometimes if the video game is really good, then I'll do it, but the campaign is usually enough for me.
I try to play through the majority of them. I've gotten behind quite a bit over the last year or so that most of my game time has been spent in WoW and on other MMOs.
There are some that just aren't that appealing that I've bought but never get that much into. Most of those end up getting sold.
