1. You get ripped off. If you really want to sell your games, use ebay or something. Gamestop will pay you very little and then sell your game $5 less than new.
2. I always think of my stack of video games as being a part of history. In any sort of apocolyptic event, what if I had the last copy of Super Mario Bros. 3 or Ocarina of Time? Yes, that is a bit of a stretch, but that's how I rationalize not selling games I haven't played for 10 years.
NO NO NO NO NO never! gamestop are a bunch of scam artists in my eyes. like MLJ said, ebay it and cut out the middleman, we dont need some skeezers (i dont even know if thats a word but it sounds shady so im usin it)taking a rake on our games.OneWingedAngeI

....no
Given that they don't pay a significant amount for anything, they don't accept PC games which the vast majority of my collection consists of, and that Gamestop is the embodiment of the scarlet devil, I can safely say that I do not.Teuvani was interested in selling just as the TC might have been. good thing you mentioned that they don't buy PC games as i wasn't aware. i was going to head out to gamestop after work to trade in some PC games for MP3 or Bioshock today. what a shame! also, seeing how the majority support selling on eBay, i guess i'll be doing that as well :\ was thinkin of doing that initially, but i didnt want to go through the hassle of shipping
