do you think crash bandicoot became lame after naugty dog left it ??

see it was my best game till crash of the titans , the titans was my best game after warped , but mind over mutant ?? totally wrecked my thinking of the game , dows anybody even remeber crash bandicoot ?? any new games ?? any thing ??

They definately took a downward spiral.

I remember when the first one came out on the PS1 when I wasin school, because I played Mario games instead of the Crash games back then I got called un-Australian. Their logic was that a Bandicoot is a native Australian marsupial and Mario was an Italian plumber. Ah, the funny things that get said in school.

I've played the old crash games, did not really played much of the newer ones. but yes they seem to have been disappointing from what you hear and reviews do not get any better. just like spryo they seemed to insist they release a new one every year or so.

Both the Crash and Spyro franchises took a nosedive after the initial devs left. It's a crying shame, since the older games are some of my all-time favs. Crash 1 was great, albeit very tough. Crash 2 is incredible and Warped was almost as good IMO except for the fact that it was easier. And CTR is racing goodness all the way through.

Hmmm I want to buy a PSP just to play crash bandicoot again.

I feel that Crash was lame even before they left. I loved 1 and 2, but after the second game it felt old.

I like Crash 1 - 3, and am playing Crash 2 for the first time right now (and having a blast!). I wouldn't think to play the later games, though. Bad sound track, annoying new character designsand cut scenes, etc. I like the simplicity of the old games.

The newer ones also seem like they're for kids. Not my type of game.

I've never liked the titles made after PS1. Crash Bandicoot 3was one of my most played games as a kid.
